GAMES AT BORDERWARS 04

WAR IN ASIA, The Chinese Question
Modern Micro Armor

Presented by Gary Mills & MMG

With th US fully involved in the War on Terror, the Chinese have decided to flex their muscles against another opponent they feel they can easily beat...Kazakhstan. This country has oil reserves China needs to support its bomming economy. Oil imports into China have tripled in the past three years as more Chinese buy cars and the number of trucks has skyrocketed.

Kasakhstan, however, could not withstand the assault and called for Russian help. Russia sent the help, and the Chinese also mangled them, but the Russians did cause the Chinese to pause to refit/rearm/rethink. The Russians have asked for US help and the President, on the advice of his COS responded with one of the 48 new Brigade Combat Teams (BCT) currently being fielded. Due to the War on Terror, only one BCT can be sent, as all other formations are committed elswhere.

The Chinese find out about this deployment and decide to attack before the US can get in position. Unfortunately for the Chinese, the US moves quicker than they imagine. The 1st BCT of 3ID has been inserted with the help of Russian transport aircraft in record time. Russian aircraft controlled by US logistic personnell have not only matched up personnell and equipment but have delivered massive amounts of supplies to support combat operations in this remote sector.
